Fifth Avenue Landing features 12 spacious berths designed to accommodate a variety of superyachts up to 300 feet LOA, 65 feet beam, and a draft of 20 feet, while offering unlimited height clearance. The marina is equipped with robust electrical capabilities, including 200 amps of 480V power at large berths and 100 amps of 208V power at all berths, ensuring reliable and flexible service for vessels of varying requirements.
