After meeting Chrislyn and her amazing team at the Palm Winds, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.
They did everything they could in a short amount of time to help me provision for a two week charter onboard a 48meter motor yacht.
I am the chef onboard and have been chartering yachts around the world for 8 years. Chrislyn and her team are my go to provisioners in the Bahamas.
They are precise and extremely well organised. Their communication in the provisioning process is consistent, polite and accurate.
Chrislyn has worked in the industry before, and so understands quantities and quality of produce in the same capacity as the Chef onboard.

Chrislyn temped for us as a stewardess for a 10 day family New Years trip. This was a full boat trip, with 12 guests.
She joined the boat in Albany the day of the trip with an eager, can-do attitude and the willingness to learn. She tackled turn ups and turn downs, table settings, and lunch and dinner service.
She’s a pleasure to work with and was always there to offer a helping hand. She takes direction well and will make sure that the task at hand gets completed, and competed well. She would be a great addition to any crew and I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Amazing!
I’m one of those yacht captains that demand a lot from my crew and even more from our shoreside support. I’ve often been told by agents around the world that I’m their busiest boat. I’ve probably even sacred away a few agents away, haha! That being said, the ladies from Palm Winds would run circles around the top agents I’ve used in Naples and South and France.
Palm Winds answered all of my questions and requests promptly, never once was there a need to follow up because I did not hear from them. When I made a request for a shore side excursion the girls would always interview vendors, physically stop by the vendors shop, send me sample photos of the vendors art or food or send me photos of seating options just to name a few. The professionalism, high end etiquette and experience Palm Winds consistently offered is something I would have never thought I would find in the Bahamas.
The girls cared about our guests as if they we onboard and actually in front of them. I have never seen anything like in my 15 years of running boats. They were kind, caring and proud of their work.
Palm Winds made our season successful. We had demanding guests that wanted nothing to do with the Exumas. They wanted dinner with Miss Bahamas, custom onboard art classes, history lessons, private food making courses, last minute mani/ pedis, cigar rolling, rum tasting, last minute custom matching outfits… the list goes on and Palm Winds delivered!

They are very professional, hardworking with great attitude. Was using their service on daily basis and freelance too. If you are ever in Bahamas and need provisions or someone to detail the interior they got you cover.

The Best !
After using other provision companies, I believe Palm Winds offer the best superyacht provisioning and concierge services in the Bahamas.
They have quick response times, a “nothing is too much of an ask” attitude and go above and beyond with their services time and time again.
I can honestly say I wouldn’t have made it through my summer season without them, they got me out of some tight spots by arranging last minute guest transport, flew cases of champagne, flowers, even some special salt to remote islands in the Exumas. They are wonderful to work with and I wouldn’t recommend any other provisioning service in the Bahamas area.
They also offer a helping hand as freelance stewardesses in which i wouldn’t hesitate to use them for should the necessity arise.
