Overview

This highly recommended marina complex is located just 10 minutes from Panama City at Naos Island, on the Amador Causeway. The marina can accommodate 80 boats with two berths for yachts up to 130’ LOA, four berths for 85’ LOA and ten berths for up to 75’ LOA. Berthing is at a premium here, so prior reservation for a large yacht berth is essential. A range of marine services as well as the Flamenco Marina complex are all situated nearby, and the off-lying Panama City anchorages are also conveniently close.

La Playita de Amador is very crew and visitor friendly. They have a designated dinghy dock (with a weekly dinghy dockage fee) that welcomes captains, crew and guests on yachts at anchor, to enjoy the marina facilities; bar/ restaurant, chandlery, pool, Beach House Hotel, nearby bars, restaurants & shops and transportation into Panama City. The Beach House Hotel provides an excellent crew accommodation option and the “Smithsonian Punta Culebra Nature Center” is within easy walking distance.
