Improving Crew Retention - 4th Annual Conference in Nice, France.
Now in its 4th successful year, Improving Yacht Crew Retention, is a tailor-made platform for exchanging ideas, updating knowledge and networking. The one day conference on the 11th March 2025 is run by the experienced team at Quaynote Communications, Alison Singhal and Lorna Titley, and will be held once again in Nice, at the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée, a historical luxury hotel located on the legendary Promenade des Anglais and close to Nice airport.

- Putting together a future-proofed crew benefits package
- Supporting female crew – and how this will impact on retention
- The role of the Captain in recruiting, training and retaining good crew

- The dry boat: is this the solution to on-board alcohol and drugs abuse?
- Dealing with mental health / substance abuse scenario
