The company was founded in 2007, but IMM’s principal, Fabrice Maitre, has been in the yachting industry for over 25 years. Alongside the first-rate project management skills of Norina Edelman, they offer the highest European standard quality in project management across a range of non-traditional locations.

IMM’s headquarters in Guadeloupe offer a range of refit and maintenance service. The 700T floating dock is capable of easily hauling out yachts up to 55m LOA. Fabrice and his team have a wide experience across a range of complex refit and maintenance projects on superyachts.

As well as being a conveniently located facility for emergency mid-season repairs, IMM’s Guadeloupe operations allow for both economical and timely scheduled maintenance and surveys. Whether it’s to make the most of downtime between charters or to save on fuel costs and travel time by using Guadeloupe as a waypoint before heading through the Panama Canal for Pacific cruising.
