IMM – International Marine Management- St. Maarten

Overview

IMM is an international project management team dedicated to superyacht repair around the world, with strategic bases across the Caribbean – including Guadeloupe and St. Maarten. Founded in 2007, the company has been offering the highest European-standard quality in project management across a range of non-traditional locations ever since. 

The latest development in the company’s offering is its Isle de Sol base, combined with its partnership with FKG (see ‘hydraulics, metalwork and rigging’ sections), set in the heart of superyachting hub St. Maarten. 

Here IMM provides top-notch logistical solutions, including protection (interior / exterior) and temporary covering, and can also manage all technical requirements for the season, scheduled during a yacht's down time.

For refit and maintenance, IMM can assist yachts with its floating dock in Guadeloupe. 

Founder Fabrice Maitre and his team have broad experience across a range of complex superyacht refit and maintenance projects, from 40m+ trimarans to very large sailing yachts and motor yachts in excess of 120m. The team has been set up to travel globally, meeting the increasingly mobile refit requirements of superyachts.
