This is the beautiful & fortified 17th century original Spanish colonial walled city located within Cartagena. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984… well worth taking a day or two off from the boat to experience its delights – including fabulous architecture, performing artists, colourful crafts, wall parties, horse and carriage trains, excellent food and fun nightlife.
