Bogles Round House & Cottages

Overview

This wonderful fine-dining restaurant is located in Bogles Village (a short taxi ride away from Hillsborough or Tyrell Bay) and is ranked as another one of the ‘great finds’ on Carriacou. Proprietress, Roxanne Russell, is an award winning chef and has had some of her recipes featured in Gourmet Magazine!

Their changing menu offers international cuisine using local produce with a strong emphasis on fresh seafood and choice cuts of meat. The chef’s home-made desserts are equally excellent.

The Bogles Round House, itself, is unique architecturally, with its totally round design (including a dome roof) centered around a tree, and with round windows embedded with wrought iron spider webbing. The restaurant is welcoming, intimate and convivial. Opening times are currently Monday-Sun for dinner (1800-2100hrs). Reservations are requested.

Bogles Round House Cottages

Overlooking Sparrow Bay, the Round House Cottages come well-recommended for any crew members wishing to have a break, and spend a couple of days ashore on Carriacou. 

There is a choice of three cottages available, with essential amenities provided, including fridge / mini bar, WIFI and air-conditioning. 
One of the island’s best restaurants is located onsite (see Bogles Round House in ‘Restaurants’).

Rental rates are very reasonable.
