Overview
Aquadoc is the BVI authorized service agent and dealer for Fischer Panda generators and Spectra Watermakers. In addition, Aquadoc are a certified Kohler Generator repair facility and dealer, who can assist with maintenance and servicing.
The business is run by qualified mechanical engineer, Lincoln Ramsarran, who offers a ‘one stop shop’. Aquadoc makes service calls to yachts at anchor. Lincolns’ experience spans over 30 years, of which 11 were spent maintaining a prime fleet of charter yachts. Consequently, he has extensive knowledge in:
- Electrical works
- Refrigeration and air conditioning
- Also inboard and outboard motors
For technical repair work, or complete project refits, yacht management and guardienage services in a yacht crews’ or owner's absence -Lincoln makes a very reliable contact.
His services came extremely well reviewed again last year, with one Captain telling us how Aquadoc provided a ‘one stop shop’ service managing his yacht in the BVI:

Knowledgeable, Efficient and Friendly service
Lincoln identified the issue with our Fisher Panda generator and was able to diagnose and fix it right away. He also identified an imminent water pump issue and repaired that too. Lincoln gave me several important tips on generator operation to increase its life expectancy. Could not ask for better service.

Prompt and accurate service
We arrived at Nanny Cay from Providenciales in the T&C with diesel feed problems. Lincoln and his team quickly identified and rectified the problem.
